• We encourage our tenants to have their own home and contents insurance, as SiÅs's insurance does not cover the tenant's belongings (Check if you are covered by your guardian's insurance)
  • If you cause damage to the building, you must expect to pay SiÅs' deductible. This also applies if the damage is caused by accident or negligence. SiÅs' deductible is currently NOK 30,000,-
