Apply for housing

You apply for housing at unialltid.

• You can see all of SiÅs' houses here, including those that are not currently available. If you have applied for a housing that is not available, your application will be on hold. You can change your choice of housing in your application right up until allocation. When a room/apartment has been allocated, you will be notified (text/email) that the tenancy contract is ready for signing on YOURPAGE at unialltid.

• Submitted applications are active for 1 month. Within the month, you must log in to unialltid and extend the application for a new period.

• Semester fee MUST be paid, otherwise your application will not be processed (does not apply to new students who have not yet been admitted at NMBU)

• Students who pay semester fees to NMBU can apply for student housing

• New students can send an application for housing when admission has been confirmed

• If you are already a student at NMBU, you can send an application at any time during the year

• In the event of continued vacancy, SiÅs has the option of renting out to non-students

• Additional rules for allocation can be found in the Regulations for student housing

• New students can apply when admission is confirmed and will receive answers continuously

• The main allocation for student housing for the new semester/academic year is in March and October

• We send out offers for student accommodation continuously

• If someone declines the offer they receive, it immediately goes to the next person on the waiting list. Therefore, we do not have a deadline or a specific time for sending offers for housing

• Only those who are allocated accommodation will receive a reply on YOURPAGE. You will remain on the waiting list until you are allocated a student accommodation or you do not renew or delete your application

• then you can press forgotten password

Unialltid is SiÅs' housing system. Here you can manage your housing:

• Apply for housing

• View and sign your contract.

• Change your user details

• See financial status and invoices

• Submit a notification of faults and defects in the home

• Terminate the contract

All contracts starts on January 1st (spring), July 1st (autumn) or when the housing is available - even if you have not been notified of admission

If you have only been allocated a living area, but lack a room number on the contract, you will be allocated this when you move in. Then you have the opportunity to request, for example, a floor or to live with someone you know.

• If you are not accepted at NMBU, you must immediately send an email to utleie@sias.no and inform that you do not need housing

• You must expect to pay until the accommodation is allocated to a new student - at least 1 month

• You will be notified via SMS and e-mail that you have been allocated student housing

• You can find the contract on YOURPAGE at unialltid

• The contract is signed with a bank ID or by; print, sign, scan and upload to unialltid. Follow the instructions and you will be guided through the signing process step by step. The signing deadline is 48 hours. Contracts not signed within 48 hours will be cancelled.

• Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to say anything about which place you have on the waiting list. Those who have already applied for student housing can change their application. This means that the waiting list is constantly changing

• We promise that you will get an answer as soon as we have a place to offer. We do what we can to ensure that as many people as possible are allocated student accommodation!
