Termination

• The tenancy is irrevocable in the period 01.07-31.12. If you plan to move on December 31st, the contract must be terminated before September 30th
• Contracts with an expiry date beyond 31.12 can be terminated with three months' notice from the 15th or last day of the month
• Terminate the contract on YOURPAGE at unialltid

Move out

• 7 days before moving out, you will receive a checklist for moving out on YOURPAGE at unialltid. The checklist must be completed before you move
• Moving out and delivery of the key must take place before 12.00pm on the same day as the contract ends, unless otherwise agreed
• Remember that the postbox key must also be delivered when you move
• Rented bedding and kitchen equipment should be returned to the laundry in Pomona
• Before moving out, the room/apartment and the common area must be cleared and washed: cleaning
• Arrange a cleaning inspection until the day you move out, no later than 1 week before moving out. Send email to renhold@sias.no
• Insufficient cleaning will be charged in accordance with the contract/general information with min. NOK 2000,-
• Remember to bring all belongings and empty the storage. SiÅs is not responsible for forgotten items
• House rent must be settled upon moving out
• Tenants who do not move out in accordance with the contract will be required to pay rent for an additional period of stay until the key is delivered, see contract
• If the notice period is shortened, you may be entitled to reduced rent. Send an email to utleie@sias.no.

NB. If you are moving outside of our opening hours, you can hand in the house key and mailbox key in the letter opening in the backdoor of Smia, SiÅs Bolig, Høyskoleveien 2.

Parking - moving in/out: You are allowed to stop at the entrance to load/unload for up to 30 minutes. Then you must move the car out to a marked parking space and pay with Easy-park. Open the app and select parking on the map. Read more about parking here - under parking.
