Brukbart is SiÅs' new initiative for recycling and sustainability, where students can deliver and pick up furniture, clothes, and other items completely free of charge.

Are you moving out of your SiÅs home? Now you can hand in furniture, clothes, and other items to SiÅs!

Every year, large amounts of furniture, kitchenware, clothing, and other usable items are thrown into SiÅs' containers. When autumn comes and new students move in, there is often a need for the same items. Therefore, we are now collecting furniture and the like, washing and storing them until August.

Brukbart – a free used-items station for students!

On July 21st, Brukbart, a free used goods station for students, opened! Brukbart is located next door to the Post Office, and here students can pick up what they need for their student accommodation, completely free of charge.

In June and July, we will set up tents at the Pentagon and in Skogveien, where students can drop off belongings they no longer want or cannot keep. After July, we will collect, clean, wash, and prepare furniture, clothes, and objects, and store them until the fall. For those of you who do not live near the tents, we also offer pickup of larger furniture. Contact us to make an appointment!
