SiÅs har over tid, sammen med NMBU, hatt avtale med Securitas vedr vakthold og assistanse.
Denne avtalen er sagt opp og ny avtale er inngått med KEYSEC as. 
Som følge av endrede betingelser i avtalen, må leietakere som benytter seg av innlåsingstjenesten dekke deler av kostnadene selv. 

SiÅs har avtale med KEYSEC, som kan hjelpe med:   
•    Innlåsing utenom SiÅs' åpningstider. Innlåsing koster per januar 2026 kr 900,-
•    Kontaktes i forbindelse med alvorlige feil i boligen som det haster med å løse, eks. vannlekkasjer
•    Hjelp til å håndtere bråk i studentboligene. Her bør man fortrinnsvis kontakte politiet (112)

This agreement has been terminated and a new agreement has been signed with KEYSEC as.
As a result of changed conditions in the agreement, tenants who use the lock-in service must cover part of the costs themselves.

SiÅs has an agreement with KEYSEC, which can help with:
• Lock-in outside SiÅs' opening hours. Lock-in costs NOK 900 as of January 2026
• Contact in connection with serious defects in the accommodation that need to be urgently resolved, e.g. water leaks
• Help with handling noise in the student accommodation. In this case, it is preferable to contact the police (112)
