Week 23–32: Concrete work for the basement – floors and walls.
Week 23–32: Installation of prefabricated concrete elements in and above the basement.
Week 18–23: Water and sewage work connected to the building. There will be some temporary changes to the traffic pattern leading to the parking area by the site cabins during this period.
Week 23 onwards: Backfilling around the basement walls. Work will begin from building 16, and when we reach the area between Inferno and Hemsen, a road will be established down from Pentagonveien. Please be aware of increased truck traffic in the area while this work is ongoing. Extra attention will be given to fencing off the construction area during this period.
Week 25 onwards: Installation of the tower crane and start of the cross-laminated timber construction.
Working hours for the concrete element installation and timber construction are 07:00–19:00, Monday to Thursday.
In general, there will only be normal construction noise during this period, mainly from excavators, trucks and similar machinery carrying out the noisiest work. If Saturday work causing additional noise becomes necessary, advance notice will be given.
June 2026 – May 2027:
Installation of cross-laminated timber.
This means all four buildings will be erected and come under roof.
August 2026 – June 2027:
Interior work.
April 2026 – June 2027:
Development of outdoor areas.
July 2027: Move-in.
