Progress Plan for Construction Phase 1 – Including Noise Indicator
Week 4–5: Foundation work for the basement using steel core piles.
Week 5–8: Backfilling and grading prior to concrete works.
Week 4 onwards: Concrete works for the basement.
On Saturdays in January, steel core piling will be carried out. Excavators and drilling rigs will be the main sources of noise during this work.
In general, there will only be normal construction noise during this period, primarily from excavators, trucks, and drilling rigs for steel core piling, which will be the noisiest activities.
October 2025 – February 2026:
Construction of basement
March 2026 – May 2026:
Installation of cross-laminated timber (CLT).
This means that all four buildings will be erected and come under roof.
June 2026 – May 2027:
Interior work
June 2027:
Development of outdoor areas
July 2027:
Move-in
