Week 18 → Concrete work for the basement – floors and walls.

Week 18–22: Work on water supply and sewage systems that will be connected to the building. There will be some changes to the driving pattern to the parking area by the site cabins due to this work.

Week 19 → Installation of prefabricated concrete elements in and above the basement.

When the installation of concrete elements begins, working hours will be 07:00–19:00 Monday–Thursday.

In general, there will only be normal construction noise during this period, mainly from excavators, trucks, etc., which account for the noisiest activities. If there is Saturday work that causes additional noise, advance notice will be given. On Saturday 02.05, crane installation will take place.

March 2026 – May 2026:
Installation of cross-laminated timber.
This means all four buildings will be erected and come under roof.

June 2026 – May 2027:
Installation of cross-laminated timber.

August 2026 – June 2027:
Interior work.

April 2026 – June 2027:
Development of outdoor areas.

July 2027: Move-in.
