You will find several tips and advices to solve your psychological challenges through this YouTube. Here you will find many videos, both in Norwegian and English, which can be of great help if you struggle with concentration, sleep, social anxiety, depression, phobias, etc. The self-help videos are made by psychologist Magnus Nordmo.

Health and wellbeing
We hope all NMBU students will have a nice time during their studies. Here you will find information related to health and well-being.
Students Ask
Studenterspør.no. A free service operated by the Student Associations. Write you questions to healthcare professionals. This is a Norwegian site, but you can ask your question in English and will get an answer in English.
The Student Phone
Studenttelefonen is a free and anonymous service provided by Mental Health Helpline, when you need someone to talk to or chat with. Call 116123 with #3. Open every night from 6 pm to 2 am.
Sexual health
You can find free condoms at Studentposten (The Student Post Office). There you can also pick up free self-tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea, which should be taken when changing partners.
