To freeze your membership, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Freezing of a membership must be reviewed and approved in advance. Documentation must comply with the application.
If you have gone beyond the initial binding period for your membership, you can freeze your membership for up to two months a year in one continual period. Please note that any binding time is adjusted along with the number of months you are freezing.
If you do not have a binding contract, you can freeze your membership up to one month per calendar year.
If you are a student going on an exchange program, your membership can be frozen during the period you are away. Send e-mail to email@example.com, providing documentation of the exchange.
It is only possible to freeze full months (from a date and a month ahead).
Termination of membership
Termination of membership must be done in writing. You can do this by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The termination period is one month starting on the first of the following month. If you have a binding period, you must remain a member and have paid your fees for a minimum of 12 months. After the binding period is complete, your membership runs until you terminate, with one month notice period.
