This is not a party household, but a peaceful and well-kept shared apartment. I live with two small budgies, so you must be comfortable around birds. I’m looking for a mature and respectful student or professional. The apartment is bright, comfortable, and calm, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. It is fully furnished and well equipped, with everything needed for everyday living, including a complete kitchen setup, cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner, and steamer. This is a relaxed and respectful shared home where privacy is valued, but where a friendly and social atmosphere comes naturally. You can enjoy your own space while also feeling part of a comfortable and social home environment. Two budgies live in the apartment and are part of the home. As birds, they chirp regularly and can occasionally be loud during the day. The apartment is otherwise calm, and they are quiet at night. It’s important that you are comfortable living with birds and not very sensitive to sound. Because the budgies are active and vocal during daytime hours, the home is best suited for someone who genuinely enjoys or is used to living with birds. The bathroom is shared. Common areas are kept clean and organized, and everyone contributes to maintaining a pleasant home environment. Occasional guests and overnight visitors are, of course, welcome, as long as it is with consideration for the shared home. It is important for me that the tenant also feels at home while sharing the space.
