Training Supervision

An instructor may be ordered in the reception. The instructor will help setting up personalized training programmes and show you how the exercises should be performed. The first session (60 min) is free of charge. Further personalized supervision is NOK 100,- per session.
Instruction may take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The resepjonist will help you get an appointment.
