To rent the GG-hall in the weekend

The GG-hall is also open in the weekends for everyone with a valid access card.

Please be aware of the rules :

1. To make reservations, please call the reception after 12 am Friday the same weekend that you want to reserve. Phone no: 64 96 63 47.
2. A responsible person from the group tells the receptionist that the group has arrived.
3. If the group doesn't arrive at the time agreed, others may use the hall. 
4. In case of reservation misuse the group loses the right to order the hall for the rest of the semester.  
5. The hall can sometimes be occupied for matches or other arrangements in the weekends.
6. Look for announcements on internet and on posters in the GG-hall.
