Ordering short term accommodation - Kajaveien 18 and Fougnerbakken 19

We will remind you that the key must be picked up after 12.00 on the arrival day, and delievered before 12.00 on your day of departure. If the key is delievered too late we will have to charge you until we receive the key.

The Housing Office is open between 10 and 15, Monday - Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you want to pick up the key when the Office is closed you must make an appointment with the "Husmann" (a student staying in a single room near the Housing Office) in advance.

Cancelling your room reservation:

1. Cancelling must take place at least 3 days before the planned arrival day . By cancelling later you will be charged for one day.
   
2. If your stay is interrupted you will be charged for the days you have actually stayed - plus one extra day.
3. If you don't arrive - or if you cancel your reservation - you will be charged for your ordered days - maximum one week.
